It is interesting how the spokesman for the Trucking Industry tries to change the subject to cleaning up particulate matter, rather than reducing CO2 emissions. Fossil fuel reduction is about limiting the amount of CO2 that gets into the atmosphere, not how much soot and smog is produced.
